Crew
photos and bios wanted!
Attention veterans and family members! I am now accepting individual
biographies for placement on this site. They can be about war
experiences, life after the war, anything. They will be accessed
by clicking the name of the veteran in the Roster section. Crew
photos too! Send them in!
This
website chronicles the history of the 446th, whose men bravely
served in Europe in World War II. There are stories written by
the men themselves and a memorial to the over 500 flyers whose
missions never ended. You can read about the missions they flew
over Nazi occupied Europe and about the famous B-24 Liberator.
More information is being added regularly, so bookmark this page
and come back often.
Be
sure to click the vintage posters in the heading of each page
for a full size view.
